Terms of Use

Way2Go! Sports App Terms of Use

Effective date: July 20, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Way2Go! Sports mobile app. The app is the family companion for our youth sports league in the Santa Clarita Valley, California. By signing in, you agree to these terms. League registration, participation waivers, and payments made on way2gosports.com are covered by the policies on that site.

1. Your Account

2. Team Chat, Photos, and Content You Post

3. Schedules and Notifications

We work hard to keep schedules, scores, standings, and alerts accurate and instant, but they are provided as-is and can change at any time. Games get moved, gyms change, weather happens, and technology sometimes hiccups. The league's commissioner and way2gosports.com are the authoritative source. Way2Go! Sports is not liable for a missed game, practice, or event caused by an app error, a delayed notification, or a notification your device did not deliver.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the app: no attempting to access other families' data, no scraping, no interfering with the service, no using the app for anything unlawful, and no impersonating coaches or league staff.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Way2Go! Sports' total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us through the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

6. Ending or Changing Things

We may update the app, change features, or update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate app access for accounts that violate these terms or put families at risk. Sections 2 (license and moderation records), 5, and 7 survive termination.

7. Talk to Us First, and Governing Law

We're a family league. If something's wrong, please talk to the commissioner or email us before anything else; nearly everything can be fixed with a conversation. These terms are governed by California law, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California (small claims court included).
